I’ve been making lots of spreadsheets! Are they actually helpful or am I just procrastinating? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

If you’re having trouble with sleep and want to find out what’s keeping you up or helping you stay in bed, try out this sleep tracker! It’s got lots of fun/garish color-coding & calculations in it to help you see if there are any patterns to your sleep:

Sleep Tracker
1. Track your sleep, caffeine, stress, etc.
2. See what’s working or keeping you up.
3. Change your behaviors & sleep better!

Just go to File > Make a copy and start tracking

I made this tracker because every other time I try to go to bed early, I wake up even earlier, and feel even more sleep-deprived. I’m not sure what’s causing it and I’m not very good at maintaining good sleep habits. So I’m hoping that this tracker will help me figure out what the bare minimum is (i.e., how much caffeine I can drink and how late I can scroll for) for a good night’s sleep.

This tracker was inspired by Dr. K’s talk on how to fix a bad sleep schedule:
